1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Services Offered

Wonder Gaze Tourism LLP acts as a travel agent and tour operator, providing services that include, but are not limited to, the sale and coordination of:

• Domestic and International Tour Packages.

• Hotel bookings, and ground transportation.

• Visa processing assistance 

We act as an intermediary. We do not own or operate any hotels, transport providers, or other service components. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions, warranties, and limitations of liability of the respective third-party suppliers (e.g., hotel, cruise line).

3. User Obligations and Eligibility

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and use the website in accordance with all terms herein.

• Accuracy of Information: You warrant that all information supplied by you or on your behalf (including names, dates, contact details, and documents) is true, accurate, current, and complete.

• Lawful Use: You agree to use this website only to make legitimate reservations or purchases for yourself or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act.

• Prohibited Use: You shall not use this site for any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservations, nor shall you distribute, exchange, modify, sell, or transmit any part of the website's content for any commercial purpose without explicit written permission from The Company.

4. Booking, Payment, and Confirmation

• Price and Availability: All prices, packages, and services displayed are subject to change without prior notice and are based on availability at the time of booking.

• Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation (e.g., email or voucher) from The Company and the realization of the required advance payment.

• Payment: All payments must be made as per the schedule provided at the time of booking. Failure to pay the balance amount within the specified period may result in the automatic cancellation of the booking with applicable cancellation charges being levied.

• Pricing Fluctuations: The Company reserves the right to amend the price of an unconfirmed booking in case of currency fluctuations, changes in exchange rates, fuel costs, government taxes/levies, or special/high season surcharges levied by third-party suppliers.

5. Cancellation, Refunds, and Amendments

• Cancellation by Client: All requests for cancellation or amendments must be received by The Company in writing (via email). Cancellation charges will apply as per the specific package's cancellation policy provided at the time of booking.

• Note: Specific policies for non-refundable hotel rooms, and peak season (e.g., Christmas, New Year) will override this guideline.

• Refunds: Refunds for cancelled services will be processed only after The Company receives the refund from the respective supplier. The refund process may take 4-6 working days depending on the supplier's policies.

• Cancellation by The Company: We reserve the right to cancel or amend any tour, holiday, or service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., Force Majeure, operational reasons). In such cases, our liability shall be limited to refunding the amount paid by the Client for the cancelled services.

6. Passport, Visa, and Travel Documents

• It is the sole responsibility of the Client to ensure they possess a passport valid for at least six (6) months from the date of return and all necessary visas, permits, and health/vaccination certificates for the duration of the trip.

• While The Company may provide visa assistance, we do not guarantee the issuance of a visa. Visa rejection, loss of documents, or delays are not the liability of The Company, and the standard cancellation policy will apply.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Wonder Gaze Tourism LLP shall not be liable for any injury, death, loss, damage, accident, delay, increased expenses, or inconvenience caused by or resulting from any act, omission, or default of any third-party supplier (hotelier, airline, carrier, etc.).

• Our liability for any claim arising out of this contract shall, in no case, exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the services in question.

• The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to factors beyond our control (Force Majeure), including but not limited to war, civil unrest, political instability, strikes, weather conditions, technical issues, or natural disasters.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Wonder Gaze Tourism LLP or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
