Terms of Service for Wonder Gaze Tourism

Welcome to Wonder Gaze Tourism's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
  • All bookings and payments are subject to availability.
  • Any cancellations or changes to bookings must be made within 48 hours prior to the scheduled service.
  • Wonder Gaze Tourism reserves the right to modify or terminate its services at any time without prior notice.
  • The content provided on our website is for informational purposes only and may not be accurate or up to date.
  • Wonder Gaze Tourism is not liable for any damages, loss of personal belongings, or injuries occurred during the use of our services.
  • Users are responsible for complying with all local laws, rules, and regulations while using our services.

Terms & Conditions

Confirmation Policy

  • The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email/whatsapp within 24 hours of successful booking.
  • Customer receives a detailed summary of the trip after the initial payment is made.

Payment Terms Policy

  • A advance payment of 10% (Non - Refundable) can be made for booking your slots for the trip. The advance will be for the hotel and transport reservations.
  • An initial payment of 60% must be done for further booking procedures.
  • 100% of total tour cost will have to be paid 5 days before the date of travel

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 15% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellation are made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 25% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellation are made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellation are made between 0 days to 7 days before the date of travel then 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees

Refund Policy

  • The applicable refund amount will be processed within 5 business days.
  • All applicable refunds will be done via bank transfers.

Booking Policy

At the time when the participant registers with Wonder Gaze Tourism in respect of any tour, he/she binds himself/herself in a legal Tour Contract with Wonder Gaze Tourism. The registration for any Tour shall be effective only upon acceptances of the Terms and Conditions contained herein. The Tour Contract shall be accepted only after a written confirmation from Wonder Gaze Tourism.

The Participant can book his/her tour by paying the booking amount mentioned on the Payments Term Policies. The balance amount will have to be paid 5 days before the day of commencement of the tour. If the participant fails to pay the balance amount at least 1 day prior to the day of commencement of the tour, Wonder Gaze Tourism reserve their right to cancel the booking & any booking amount paid as and by way of advance, shall stand forfeited.

After booking the tour, in case the participant wants to cancel the Tour Booking, Wonder Gaze Tourism will pay refunds according to the schedules mentioned. The Participant may transfer his/her booking in favor of someone else up to 60 days prior to the day of commencement of the Tour. The Transferee shall satisfy any and all conditions which may apply to the Tour booked by the Participant and shall be bound by all the Terms and Conditions contained herein. The Participant shall apply for the transfer in writing and provide the complete details of the Transferee. Any balance amount payable by the Participant must be paid before the Transfer is completed.

If a Participant is denied entry into India for any reason whatsoever, then Wonder Gaze Tourism will not be liable to refund the amounts paid by the Participant with respect to the Tour.

If the participant fails to arrive at the specified time and date of the Tour, then Wonder Gaze Tourism shall not be liable to refund the amounts paid by the Participant. Wonder Gaze Tourism shall also not be liable to the Participant for a repeat Tour. In case the participants fail to complete the Tour or leaves before the completion of the Tour for any reason, the remaining tour amount will not be refunded.

Force Majeure

Wonder Gaze Tourism shall be released from all obligations under the Tour Contract, if the Tour is cancelled on ground of Force Majeure i.e. exceptional and unforeseeable events and consequences thereof beyond the control and influence of Wonder Gaze Tourism and which could not have been avoided despite of due care, diligence and caution exercised by Wonder Gaze Tourism. Force Majeure includes but is not limited to floods, earthquakes, cyclones, other natural disasters, political unrests, epidemics, strikes, war or situations similar to war, etc.

Wonder Gaze Tourism reserve their right to change the itinerary or tour route which may include shortening, varying or re-routing the Tour without any prior intimation or notice on the ground of Force Majeure before or after the commencement of the Tour. Wonder Gaze Tourism will try to divert/modify the route in case of any natural calamity. Due to the nature of the tour, unforeseen events or circumstances can delay the tour schedule. Any actions taken by Wonder Gaze Tourism will be dependent on the nature of the delay or event.

In case the participant chooses not to accept the alternative route offered to the participant and not to participate in the tour, either on the same date or the alternative date, no other recompense will be offered from Wonder Gaze Tourism.

In case Wonder Gaze Tourism cancels a Tour on the ground of Force Majeure, Wonder Gaze Tourism will try to offer an alternate Tour to the participant. If the same is not acceptable to the Participant, Wonder Gaze Tourism shall refund all amounts paid by the Participant in respect of the Tour. However, Wonder Gaze Tourism will not be liable to refund or compensate any incidental expenses incurred by the participant with regards to the Tour booked.
